SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS

We not only supply products to wholesalers, retailers and builders, but also supply directly to individual customers. It's more easy and convenient for individual customer to purchase directly from China now.
And normally customer purchase specific items for their house, such like fireplace, bathtub, medallion, column, balustrade, door/window surround, molding, garden items (fountain, vase, statue, gazebo, table, bench, animal, etc.) etc. You can select the design you like from our website, or send your own design with picture or drawing for our custom production.
Cause we have supplied a lot of products to individual customers, we have some experience for service to individual customers. You may not familiar with stone products, you may purchase overseas first time and not know about the process, please feel free to contact us for any enquiries or questions. It's our pleasure to offer any useful information to you.
Here below are some information to your reference, and hope they are helpful to you.

ORDER PROCEDURE FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS

1. Enquiry the items you want with specific requirements of design, size, material, quantity etc.
2. We offer our best price to you according to your enquiry.
3. You place the order to us if everything is finalized including the price.
4. We make a proforma invoice for your order confirmation.
5. You confirm the proforma invoice if no questions, and arrange prepayment to start the production.
6. We take pictures of the finished products for your confirmation when they are finished. You are also welcome to our factory for inspection of the products yourself.
7. We arrange shipment and offer the shipping documents copy to you after shipment for the balance payment. The original shipping documents will be sent to you on receiving the balance payment from you.
8. You clear the customs with the original shipping documents and get the products.

NOTES

1. We can do any custom works as per customer's requirements.
2. T/T (telegraph transfer) is the main payment item for individual order.
3. 30-50% down payment is required for order.
4. The production time is about 4 weeks normally, and it depends on the specific order details.
5. The B/L (bill of lading) would be shown to buyer within one week after shipment.
6. The local shipping agent (which information will be showed on the B/L) will inform buyer by telephone or fax before shipment arrival . Buyer also can check the status of the shipment with the shipping agent.

We have inspectors who inspect the products, packing and loading for every shipment to make sure the products we supply to customer are in good quality and safe for shipment.

SHIPMENT

We can arrange shipment for customer, LCL (small quantity which can not full fill a container) or FCL (full container). We can arrange shipment to port (your nearest sea port) or to door(your detail delivery address) as per your requirement. You can ask your local shipping agent to handle customs at the destination port for you. There's shipping agent's contact information showing on the B/L(bill of loading), you can ask them to arrange everything for you if you do not know any other shipping agent.
